What is Bloomberg Law and how do I access it?

Answer

Bloomberg is one of the most popular legal research databases. Law students, faculty, and staff may use it to locate dockets. It also provides a number of useful practitioner resources, such as forms, briefs, and legal analytics tools, in addition to current awareness titles such as United States Law Week.

For law students, faculty, and staff: Email the Mark Williams and we will help you get set up with a personal account!

For non-law students, faculty, staff, and members of the public: On-campus access to Bloomberg Law is available to Vanderbilt students, faculty, and staff. You may access it here. You might also check out Nexis Uni to see if they have what you need.
