What should I do if the book I checked out is lost or damaged?

If you've lost or damaged an item, please contact us. If you notice damage to our materials, please notify a service desk staff member prior to checkout.
Materials are assumed lost and automatically billed when 30 days overdue. The amounts billed will be the replacement cost of the item or a flat fee of $75, and a non-refundable processing fee of $25.
