What is the Library proxy server?

The Library uses EZproxy to authenticate users as Vanderbilt students, faculty, or staff by requiring a login, thus ensuring compliance with content vendor restrictions. This allows library patrons at home or elsewhere to log in through the Library and gain access to online databases, ejournals, ebooks, etc., to which the Library subscribes.
