SWOTs (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) give you an idea how a company is performing and what its challenges are.  SWOTs are generally available for public companies and for large private companies.

Business Source Complete
Search for the Company in the first box using the right side pull down to select Company Entity. In the second box, search for the word SWOT. This database gives you historical SWOTs so you can see that information over time.

MarketLine
Enter the Company name in the search box and use the right side pull-down menu to select Companies.  Once you open the company report, the SWOT will be listed as a part of the report.

Hoovers:
Search for the Company name. Once you open the report, the SWOT will be on the left side under Core.
