Does Vanderbilt have any resources for learning a foreign language such as Rosetta Stone program?

The Vanderbilt Library system provides access to Transparent Language which provide interactive courses for learning 100+ languages, plus English as a Second Language (ESL) materials for native speakers of 26+ languages.
