Answer

When you do a search for an item in the Acorn Catalog or E-journal Locator, you will sometimes see a findit@VU button in the item record.

Findit@VU provides direct links from a database citation or an Acorn record to the fulltext of the article (if available) and other supporting resources.

For example, if you are looking for a journal and see the findit@VU button, click on it to go to the electronic version of the journal. Be aware of the coverage dates for the electronic version. If you do not see the years you need in electronic format, the library may hold the print volumes.

An FAQ for findIt@VU is also available.
