Answer

The Annex is the Jean and Alexander Heard Library's off-site storage. When you search the Acorn catalog or Discover Library, you will sometimes see that an item is at the Annex. You can request the item by clicking on the Annex Request button in the record and then filling out an Annex Request Form.

Annex materials are delivered to the designated library twice a day. Materials will be held for seven days from the date of request.

If you need further assistance, please consult the specific library you need. You can find contact information for all the libraries on the Jean and Alexander Heard Library's Phone Numbers & Addresses page.
