How do I request an item from the Annex?

Answer

If you are using Acorn, go to the detail record for the item in which you are interested. Look at the bottom of the record where the call number and location information are listed. To the right of the location Annex, you should see a button called Annex Request. Click on it to go to an Annex Request Form for the item.  Fill out the required fields and submit the request. 

If you are using DiscoverLibrary, go to the detail record for the item. Click on the "Holdings List" link on the left side of the screen. You should see a record for the item from Acorn. Scroll to the bottom, and you should see an Annex request button just as described above. Click on it to go to an Annex Request Form for the item. Fill out the required fields and submit the request.
