Answer

Please help us care for our collection and notify a Service Desk staff member of any damage or markings to library materials prior to check-out.

For lost or damaged items please contact the circulation department at the library from which you checked out the item.  For lost items, you may be charged a replacement fee calculated according to the following formula:  cost of book + cataloging fee ($35) + billing fee ($25).

Fees for damaged items may vary.  Contact any Service Desk for assistance.
