Answer

If you are unable to locate your item on the shelf go to the main service desk for assistance.  If the staff member is unable to locate your item in the reshelving area, you will need to fill out a Search Card.  Library staff will continue to search for your item and will notify you via email if the item is found.

In the meantime, we recommend that you submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request for your missing item, particularly if your need is time-sensitive.  Please note in your ILL request that the library copy is missing.
